I skipped day 39 because I am still sick. This morning I went to Cracker Barrel and got the fresh fruit n yogurt breakfast w/ honey oat granola mix, eggs, turkey sausage, apple raisin bran muffin, grapes, & apple.
I forgot to post yesterday because I was ill. I caught the bug from a classmate, and I didn't feel like doing anything. I also skipped my meal replacement shake, and when I weighed myself this morning, I had put back on almost 2 pounds. I also could not sleep and kept getting up in the night for snacks like a cup of ramen noodles.
I started my second month on my diet today. I am easing back on my food restrictions. I was really strict my first month because I wanted to hit this diet running. I can now ease up and still lose weight. I am compensating by walking more which I can easily do since there is now 26 pounds less of me to move.
