Day 44

Day 43

Day 43 (13th day of second month on my diet) was another hectic one, and that makes it hard to work in a work out.

Day 40

I skipped day 39 because I am still sick. This morning I went to Cracker Barrel and got the fresh fruit n yogurt breakfast w/ honey oat granola mix, eggs, turkey sausage, apple raisin bran muffin, grapes, & apple.

Day 38

I’m still feeling sick, my symptoms are:

fever

fatigue

body aches

sore throat

headache

runny nose

and fits of sneezing

It's been a long day with my college studies and trying to catch up on my exercise.

Day 36

Sunday was the day I took to recover flom last week's walking.

Monday I was too sick to walk.

Tuesday (today) it's too rainy.

When problems like this arise, how do you deal with them?

Day 35 (Late)

I forgot to post yesterday because I was ill. I caught the bug from a classmate, and I didn't feel like doing anything. I also skipped my meal replacement shake, and when I weighed myself this morning, I had put back on almost 2 pounds. I also could not sleep and kept getting up in the night for snacks like a cup of ramen noodles.

Day 33

I've been slacking off on my walking do to procrastinating, then completely forgetting about it.

Dieting is about choices, like choosing a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a 1-pound Quadruple.

Day 31

I started my second month on my diet today. I am easing back on my food restrictions. I was really strict my first month because I wanted to hit this diet running. I can now ease up and still lose weight. I am compensating by walking more which I can easily do since there is now 26 pounds less of me to move.
